PhD course on Computational Mathematical Modeling

This week my colleague Anders Logg is arranging a PhD course on Computational Mathematical Modeling with participants from all of Scandinavia. The location is rather exotic, in Kristineberg on the island of Skaftö in the west-coast archipelago of Sweden (actually Skaftö is the island where I grew up). The course is mostly about using FEM, particularly the software FEniCS, for solving PDE (lecture notes here). On Thursday I gave a guest lecture on Computational Anatomy and PDE, particularly EPDiff (slides here).
